Privacy Policy
This is a working draft. TransactPlus is not yet live, and the operating company is not yet incorporated (entity name, jurisdiction, and registration number pending). We describe the data we expect to handle once the product launches. We do not currently run ads, sell personal information, or operate a production payments database. This policy is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel.
1. Who we are
TransactPlus is a livestream payments product: viewers pay by card (tips or monthly subscriptions), streamers withdraw in USDT, and overlays, badges, and emotes may appear on stream. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. When the company is formed, that entity will be the controller of personal information described here.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use TransactPlus, we may collect:
- Account information (streamers) — name, email, country, and a public handle or stream URL.
- Subscription and perk data — which streamer a viewer subscribes to, tier name and price the streamer set, renewal and cancellation dates, badges shown in chat or on stream, and emotes the streamer uploads.
- Alert and overlay data — tip or sub events sent to a streamer’s OBS browser source (name or handle, amount, optional message, which overlay variant to play). Overlay assets (GIFs, fonts) the streamer uploads.
- Identity verification (KYC) (streamers, before first withdrawal) — government ID, date of birth, address, and a liveness or selfie check. We expect to collect this through a third-party KYC provider rather than storing ID images ourselves.
- Payment information (viewers) — tip or subscription amount, currency, payment status, and (for subscriptions) renewal dates and cancellation. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not intend to store full card numbers (PAN) or CVV on our servers.
- Payout information (streamers) — USDT wallet address, withdrawal amounts, and timestamps.
- Waitlist and contact — name, email, and whatever you include when you write to us at [email protected].
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP. We may use cookies or similar tools that are necessary to run the site.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, special-category data (health, biometric templates, precise geolocation, children’s data) except as required for KYC liveness checks through our provider.
3. How we use it
- to operate the platform: process tips and monthly subscriptions, run OBS alerts (including on subscribe and renew), show badges and emotes, credit balances, and send USDT withdrawals;
- to verify streamer identity and meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and card-network obligations;
- to prevent fraud, chargebacks, and prohibited use;
- to reply to you and manage the waitlist;
- to keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used;
- to comply with law, card-network rules, and lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
If GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the service you asked for (tips, subscriptions, alerts, badges, emotes, balances, withdrawals, waitlist emails you requested);
- Legal obligation — KYC/AML, tax, accounting, and response to lawful process;
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, information security, and improving a service you chose to use, balanced against your rights;
- Consent — where we ask for it (for example optional cookies, if we ever add any that are not strictly necessary). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the service:
- Payment processors and card networks — to charge viewer tips and subscription renewals (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via our acquirer), including storing a card on file for monthly billing.
- KYC / identity vendors — to verify streamers before withdrawal.
- Blockchain networks — USDT withdrawals are recorded on a public ledger. A wallet address and amount are inherently public.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, email, and error-logging vendors who process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisers and authorities — lawyers, accountants, or regulators when required by law or to protect rights.
We will name those vendors on this page once they are under contract.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Payment and identity records are typically kept for several years because of AML, tax, and chargeback rules (often five to seven years, depending on the jurisdiction). Waitlist emails are kept until we launch or you ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed for security.
7. International transfers
We and our vendors may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other countries. Where required, we will use an approved transfer mechanism (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify it is you. Some records we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted on request.
If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those the CPRA allows without a right to limit.
9. Children
TransactPlus is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, least-privilege) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for the security of the email account and crypto wallet you use with us.
11. Cookies
This marketing site is static and does not currently set tracking cookies. If we add analytics or session cookies later, we will update this section and, where required, ask for consent.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
